A Morning Of Pure Bliss
GIVEAWAYSWhen I was asked to trial a few treatments at one of the UK's leading spa retreats, I jumped at the chance! After all it has been a long time since I have been pampered. I turned up at the slick modern Bliss Spa on Sloane Avenue and was welcomed by friendly staff who ushered me into the ladies changing room to slip into a robe and footwear.

All jewellery had to be removed so I reluctantly parted with my Black and Rose Gold Ceramica Watch and my glitzy Match and Dazzle Ring, placing them safely in the lockers provided. When all robed up, I relaxed in the pre-treatment lounge. A gorgeous space, it was also fully stocked with complimentary water, tea, coffee and wine, olives, cheese, biscuits and the most delicious gooey brownies I have ever sampled in my life (I thought 9am was a little too premature for cheese and wine though).

My first treatment was the Blissage 60 (a tension taming massage) by Michael which began with an amazing warm wax foot softening wrap that loosened and instantly relaxed me. My arms, legs, back, neck and hands were massaged and all the knots and troubled muscles on my back were targeted and eliminated! After sixty minutes of this treatment, I was ready for a nap- but no chance of that happening as the facial was my next stop. Tough life!

Onto the next treatment which was the Triple Oxygen facial (an hour and 25 minutes of heaven) by the lovely Billie-Jo. I have never had a facial in my life (I know criminal I hear you scream!) but it was so tranquil alongside the peaceful music, I nodded off! This facial made Bliss spa famous as it revives radiance by a targeted peel, an energizing pack and three forms of skin brightening oxygen, including an oxygen wrap and vitaminised O2 spray straight into the pores. From this treatment I could instantly feel my skin breathing in fresh air- something I have never experienced before.

Before leaving Bliss Spa, I couldn't help but fill up my Folli Follie K Vintage Tassel Bag with a few of the recommended products that were used during my treatments which included the incredible peel, triple oxygen facial foam and Elemis skin brush. I will certainly be continuing these treatments at home!

After my day at Bliss spa, I feel my face and body was prepped and primed ready for the blazing summer sunshine London is receiving. I came out of the spa feeling revitalised, refreshed, relaxed and ready to take on the daily grind.
